Matzah Madness
If you’re anything like me, Passover flies by and you’re left with fond memories of sitting around the seder with those you love…as well as boxes upon boxes of leftover matzah.
We get it–mornings are rough, lunches have to be brought to the office and at dinner, you’re tired and all you want to do is lay on the couch.
Don’t worry. We compiled a list of simple and tasty matzah recipes to get you through the days of no pizza…
Breakfast:
Avocado Matzah with a Fried Egg
Two of my favorite words: Fried. Egg.
Whip this up before work-all you need is matzah, an egg and some avocado.
Complete recipe from here.
Lunch:
Matzah Pizza
If you’re anything like me, pizza=life and trust me, no bread doesn’t need to mean no pizza.
You can throw this in the microwave at work and within minutes, you have yourself an oozing and delicious thin crust pizza
Complete recipe here.
Dinner:
Matzah Crusted Chicken Cutlets
You can make this in under 30 minutes and I promise it tastes as good as it looks.
Invite some friends over to indulge with you, or save the rest for lunch the next day.
Complete recipe here.
Dessert:
Matzah Bark
This is an instant classic. Take toppings and cover your matzah bark with whatever your heart desires-think m&ms, reese’s, nuts, or pretzels.
Disclaimer: May eat entire batch in one sitting (alone).
Complete recipe here.
