Field Fellows love Shabbat and welcoming guests, and have a passion for exploring Jewish practice and sharing Jewish learning. They are either pursuing a career as a Jewish professional or are committed to ongoing lay leadership.
Fellows have a flexible schedule that allows them to dedicate hours each week to OneTable. In addition, Fellows are well-organized multi-taskers with an entrepreneurial spirit, an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change rather than waiting to adapt to change, and a mindset that embraces critical questioning, iteration, and continuous improvement. Fellows are kind, communicative, and creative, and have an open approach to Judaism that embraces both tradition and innovation.
