OneTable Shabbat Events

We love that you’re hosting Shabbat, and we want in!

OneTable is partnering with community builders, hosts, and creators to bring your bigger, bolder Friday night Shabbat experiences to life.

Maybe you have a dinner party you know 100 people would show up for? Maybe you’re building a Shabbat club, bringing together a particular community, or imagining something that doesn’t look like a traditional Shabbat dinner at all?

We want to hear the idea, the people you want to bring together, and what we could build together.

What does a partnership with OneTable look like?

You bring the idea. Tell us what you’re imagining, who you want around the table, and why it matters to your community.

We build it together. If it feels like a fit, OneTable can help with things like funding, event strategy, marketing, ticketing, ritual, production, and connections to useful resources and vendors.

You bring people together. You lead the experience and your community. We’ll help make it bigger, easier, or more impactful – and introduce guests to OneTable along the way.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for Friday night Shabbat experiences that:

  • Are centered around Shabbat and include meaningful Shabbat rituals
  • Are primarily for young adults ages 21–39ish
  • Are designed for 50 attendees minimum
  • Have a clear idea, community, or point of view behind them
  • Have someone behind them who can bring people together and make the event happen
  • Give OneTable a meaningful role in making the experience possible
  • Are submitted at least four weeks before the event

We’re especially interested in ideas in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Chicago – but great ideas anywhere are welcome.

What OneTable can bring to the table?

Depending on the event, a partnership may include:

Funding: A OneTable micro-grant to help make the event possible.

Event strategy and production: Help thinking through the experience, logistics, budget, vendors, and guest flow.

Marketing and audience development: Promotion through OneTable and support reaching the right people.

Shabbat and ritual: Ritual resources, coaching, and materials to help make Shabbat feel meaningful and welcoming.

Ticketing and registration: Use the OneTable platform for registration and ticketing.

Connections and resources: Introductions to venues, vendors, community partners, and other useful resources.

What are my next steps?

Tell us about yourself, your idea, your community, and what you’re looking for from OneTable.

2. Review

We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and may follow up if we have questions.

3. Build together

If we’re a fit, we’ll finalize the partnership with a signed agreement and start planning together.

4. Host your Shabbat

You bring your people. We’ll help bring the experience to life.
