Dr. Sarah Abramson is President + CEO of OneTable, bringing Jewish joy, connection, and a deep sense of peoplehood to Shabbat tables all across the United States and Toronto. Previously, Sarah served as the Executive Vice President of Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Boston’s Jewish Federation. In that role, Sarah oversaw all of CJP’s work as a strategic grantmaker and CJP’s work in Israel including their groundbreaking $60m Israel Emergency Fund after October 7. Sarah was also responsible for crisis management for CJP, and much volunteer and donor interfacing work. Prior to her ten years at CJP, Sarah was the first professional Executive Director of Yad Chessed, a cash assistance organization in Boston.

Sarah holds a B.A. in religious studies from Wesleyan University, and a master’s in policy and Ph.D. in sociology from the London School of Economics. Sarah lives in Boston with her soccer obsessed family — husband Steve, their two children Amelia and Henry, dog Poppy and cat Max, all of whom look forward to Shabbat together each week.For Sarah, Shabbat is the beginning, the middle, and the end. It means being full — full tummy, full heart, and full home! 

Irit Gross, OneTable’s first chief advancement officer, has more than 15 years of experience in the Jewish non-profit sector and an additional eight years of experience in finance.

Formerly the associate vice president of fundraising initiatives at the Jewish Federations of North America, Irit orchestrated high-impact fundraising events, trained professionals, and served as a national liaison to over 35 Federation chief development officers. She began her non-profit career at the Birthright Israel Foundation, starting in grassroots fundraising and later becoming the chief of staff to the president, focusing on substantial revenue generation.

Irit loves to match philanthropic passions to programs and believes in implementing a culture of philanthropy at every non-profit. Many people assume Irit is Israeli because of her name but in fact she is not — and no, she doesn’t speak Hebrew. She is, however, half Puerto Rican and fluent in Spanish, ask her more about this! She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Brendan, and their two children, Gibson, and Taylor (yes, named after the guitars).

With over 30 years of experience, Andrea Greenblatt is an accomplished non-profit executive known for her mastery in operational and fiscal management, human resources, program implementation, crisis response, capability to spearhead a variety of cross-functional initiatives, and facilities management. 

As chief operating officer at OneTable, Andrea plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic goals while ensuring the organization maintains robust systems and controls. Throughout her tenure at Re:Gender, the American Red Cross in Greater New York, and the Food & Hunger Hotline, Andrea showcased her talent in driving organizational growth, overseeing nationwide staff expansion, implementing cost-saving measures, and enhancing the employee experience. 

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from City University of New York, Queens College and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.

Amalia Kruszel joined OneTable four years ago following 14 years working in the field of data and product development at organizations like Americans for the Arts, Center for American Progress, and MENTOR. 

As OneTable’s first chief technology officer, Amalia has led numerous shifts in the way the organization thinks about and improves technology and data collection.  She oversaw the development of a new UI/UX as well as initiated and recruited a Technology Advisory Board, which has been instrumental in helping to guide OneTable in its growth through the technical roadmaps. 

Amalia earned her BA from The George Washington University and her Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.

Amy Bebchick has spent her career building communities that drive change in individuals and in our world. 

As OneTable’s Chief Program Officer, Amy oversees strategy and implementation of OneTable’s family of program offerings. Before joining OneTable, Amy served as the Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy at the Union for Reform Judaism where she worked across the organization to create a culture of philanthropy, overseeing development operations, development communications, congregational membership, and special projects. She has previously served as the director of the Hillels at The George Washington University, Miami University (Ohio), and North County, San Diego as well as Waters of Eden, a community mikveh. 

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and lives with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog Tucker in Westchester County, New York.
