Kruszel’s Promotion Reflects the Growth in the Organization’s Family of Offerings
OneTable, a North American non-profit that, through peer-led Shabbat dinners and a signature digital platform, makes community accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for all. Today, Amalia Kruszel was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
“Amalia’s promotion reflects her leadership of our ever-evolving technology, the backbone of our organization,” said Aliza Kline, CEO of OneTable. “This change further cements OneTable as a product-led organization that can engage even more people and is proof positive of our commitment to increasing our capacity and growing our infrastructure to support our expansion.”

In the last four years of Kruszel’s tenure at OneTable (following 14 years working in the field), she has led numerous shifts in the way the organization thinks about and improves technology and data collection. She oversaw the development of a new UI/UX and initiated and recruited a Technology Advisory Board, which has been instrumental in helping to guide OneTable in its growth through the technical roadmaps.
“Amalia’s commitment to constant improvement fueled by collecting and analyzing timely data has led to measurable improvements across the board,” continued Kline. “Amalia leveraged her MBA to help launch OneTable’s white label product, enabling organizations of all kinds to expand their reach, build robust volunteer networks, and ultimately reimagine what Jewish life and community can be.”
Kruszel has her MBA from George Mason University and a BA from The George Washington University.
