Job Description
Our strategic plan includes ambitious goals to reach 10% of the total addressable target market for our Core audience by the end of 2025 (~140,000 people nationally). The Senior Manager of Partnerships will create and leverage partnerships across the sector to involve new participants of peer organizations through the OneTable community. This position will report to the Senior Director of National Partnership and as with all OneTable roles, this position is iterative and will evolve over time with input across teams.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of organizational partners to achieve a goal of 1,000 dinners annually, while proactively identifying trends, refining strategies, collaborating across OneTable teams to enhance brand awareness, and creating enriching experiences for hosts.
Partnership Campaign Oversight
- Create and implement efficient systems for managing organizational partner relationships that are focused on acquisition, including creating templates, toolkits, and communications for both national and affiliate partners.
- Lead several large-scale campaigns throughout the year to engage new participants and activate new audiences (e.g. Global Day of Unplugging, Pride Month, Hanukkah).
- Contribute to strategic conversations regarding acquisition of new users.
Organizational Leadership
- Serve as a first point of contact around organizational partnerships related to acquisition, and help to determine type of partnership when needed (i.e. Help answer the question: “What type of partnership is this?”).
- Represent OneTable locally and nationally as needed with partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
Project Management

- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, including, ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, periodic assessment and iteration as needed, and the ability to monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Attributes/Skill Set (Must Have):
- 5+ years of professional experience with roles in project management, marketing, non-profit programs, and/or activation campaigns.
- Exceptional presentation and sales skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and project management tools.
- Demonstrated familiarly with Shabbat and knowledge of best practices in non-profit culture and management.
- Self-driven and determined, able to set and reach goals, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills.

Benefits Package:
The starting salary for this position starts at $62,000 plus the following benefits:
- Health insurance — medical, dental, and vision insurance currently through Aetna; OneTable pays 85% of the healthcare premium for each employee and 50% for dependents.

- OneTable offices are also closed the July 4th week and December 25 – January 1.
- As an organization rooted in the mission of spreading Shabbat, we know the importance of having time on Fridays to start winding down and preparing for our favorite weekly holiday. The OneTable offices close at 4:00 pm (local time) every Friday and at 12:00 pm on the first Friday of each month.

OneTable offers a flexible hybrid work policy that allows you to work from anywhere in the United States. Full-time employees may choose to work from an office space (provided by OneTable) or fully remote.
