Founding CEO - Aliza Kline
About Aliza Kline

Aliza Kline, a dynamic leader and social entrepreneur, collaborated with philanthropists to bring OneTable to life in 2014 and served as our founding chief executive officer through 2024. A trained coach and design thinking facilitator, Aliza drew on her expertise to shape the vision and innovative culture at OneTable — her well-documented obsession with Shabbat and challah is an added bonus.

She is also the founding executive director of Mayyim Hayyim Community Mikveh & Education Center and has devoted her career to re-imagining ritual open to the full diversity of the Jewish community. She has been awarded fellowships by the AVI CHAI Foundation, the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, the Lippman Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah, and the immediate past chair of JPro.

Aliza earned her Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master of Public Administration from New York University. She lives in Brooklyn, New York where she celebrates Shabbat every week with three generations of family.
