Irit Gross has been appointed Interim CEO of OneTable, effective January 2, succeeding the organization’s founding CEO, Aliza Kline. Over the past three years, Irit has served as OneTable’s inaugural Chief Advancement Officer, where she spearheaded all revenue-generation initiatives and cultivated a robust culture of philanthropy. Her leadership extends beyond fundraising to fostering deep engagement with OneTable’s board of directors and aligning internal teams toward shared strategic goals. Irit has nearly 25 years experience in the Jewish non-profit and finance sectors.
