Ingredients:

• 1 cup of boiling water
• 2 tbs of honey
• Juice + zest of half an orange
• 2 sprigs of rosemary
• 3-4 shakes of bitters
• 44 ml of whisky (optional)
• 1/2 cup of Sprite
• 1 orange slice (optional, for garnish)
  

Instructions:

• Add the honey the water to make a honey-water solution. Let cool.
• Slap the rosemary (this releases the flavor) and add to a cocktail shaker, along with the orange juice + zest, bitters, honey water, and whisky.
• Mull until combined.
• Fill the shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a glass.
• Fill the remainder of the glass with Sprite, garnish, and enjoy.
