Our expertise in grassroots community-building, warm hospitality, and human-centered design are sought after. We lead the field technologically, offering a platform and set of rich Jewish resources that provide structure to people without being prescriptive, while also unlocking the potential of other organizations in the ecosystem. We are thought leaders in our research, regularly learning from our participants via qualitative and quantitative measures.

In 2021 and 2022 our leadership addressed the question: how might we shift to a longer-term strategy that builds on our strengths and enables us to grow sustainably to meet ever-evolving challenges? This plan lays out the strategies to set the next course.
